The Inspiration

John Angelini established Dante’s Place in memory of his late brother Dante (on left in photo). On June 25, 2011, Dante died of a heroin overdose at the age of 36. The lives of his parents, siblings, widow, ex-wife, six children, extended family and friends were forever changed on that day. John founded Dante’s Place to support adults who want to heal from the disease of addiction and lead productive lives, thereby sparing their families the tragic loss and overwhelming grief that the Angelini family has suffered.
